Referral Program User Agreement

Introduction

Thank you for participating in our Referral Program. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is designed to ensure fair and ethical participation for all users.

 

Referral Program Terms

1. Commission and Payment:

   • Referrers will earn 10% of the total amount of services purchased by customers using their unique referral code.
   • Referral commissions apply only to services purchased and do not include merchandise or other products.
   • Only one coupon code is allowed per checkout.
   • Referral payments will be issued 45 days after the payment has cleared, provided no refund or chargeback has been processed.
   • If a customer is issued a refund or performs a chargeback, no referral commission will be paid for that transaction.
   • Referrers will be notified monthly if any sales occur through their referral code.

2. Code Usage:

   • The unique referral code provided to the referrer is only valid for service purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

3. Prohibited Conduct:

   • Referrers may be suspended or banned for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
     • Posting spam links on forums, social media, or other platforms.
     • Engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.
     • Misleading potential customers about the nature of the referral program or the services provided.
     • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
   • We reserve the right to review and investigate all referrals and actions related to this program. Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

4. Program Modification and Termination:

   • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated agreement on our website.

5. General Conditions:

   • Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the referrer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
   • We reserve the right to interpret the rules of the Referral Program and to make decisions that are final and binding.
   • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
   • All referral applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any application for any reason we deem appropriate.
