What is Reiki?

  2. Connecting on Zoom: At the scheduled time, we will connect via Zoom. Ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You may want to use headphones for better sound quality.

  3. Guided Relaxation: We will start with a brief relaxation exercise to help you settle in and become receptive to the healing energy.

  4. Energy Scanning and Healing: The practitioner will begin to scan your energy field remotely, identifying any areas of imbalance or blockages. Using a series of hand positions, the practitioner will then channel Reiki energy to these areas. You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a gentle pulsing. Some individuals also report seeing colors or images, feeling waves of emotion, or simply drifting into a meditative state.

  5. Closing the Session: Once the healing is complete, we will gently guide you back to full awareness. We will discuss any sensations or insights you experienced and offer guidance on how to integrate the healing into your daily life.

  6. Aftercare: After the session, it is beneficial to drink plenty of water and rest as needed. You may continue to experience the effects of the healing for several days.
