How do I use Zoom to connect when booking a service?

How do I join the Zoom meeting?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link and meeting password. Simply click on the link at your scheduled appointment time to join the meeting. You may be asked to download and install the Zoom client on your device.

 

I don't see a link or password in my email. What should I do?

Please check your junk/spam folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still cannot find the email, contact us and we'll resend the meeting details.

 

How do I know if I'm in the right meeting?

When you join the meeting, the host's name will be displayed. You can also check the meeting ID to make sure it matches what was provided in your confirmation email.

 

How do I connect audio and video?

Zoom will prompt you to join with computer audio or dial in via phone. Click "Join with Computer Audio" to use your device's microphone and speakers. You can also start or stop your video by clicking the video camera icon.

 

What equipment do I need?

To fully participate in the Zoom meeting, you will need a device with a microphone, camera, and stable internet connection. A desktop or laptop computer works best, but you can also join from a tablet or smartphone.

 

Is there a test I can do before the meeting?

Yes, you can test your Zoom setup ahead of time by clicking the "Test Speaker and Microphone" button in the meeting controls. This will allow you to check that your equipment is working properly.
