Open Ended Session
This session is meant to be free flowing and less structured. Together, we create trust and a safe space where we will discuss and explore areas of concern and narrow down the cause and effect relationship. Areas of focus may include traumas and inner child trauma that have created beliefs and limitations needing to be dissolved. We may also look at the physical, mental and emotional bodies, balancing and clearing the main chakra energy centers. Areas of pain or illness (stuck energy) can also be addressed and released. Brain remapping/rewiring can alleviate over active minds and also support people with cognitive difficulties, improving function.
