Have you ever heard someone talk about “raising their vibration” and wondered what exactly that means? It’s more than just a trendy phrase, it’s about consciously elevating your energy to a higher, more positive frequency. Did you know that every single thing, be it a chair, tree, stone, animal or human are vibrating? There is a number attached to each that can be determined scientifically.

Humans are incredible because we can actively raise (or lower) our vibratory level through so many ways. Are you aware that it is beneficial to raise your vibration? Someone across the planet might wake up without realizing why they are feeling hopeful or optimistic. These emotions resonate at higher frequencies, aligning you with positivity and abundance. Here’s how you can begin this transformative journey:

Practical Ways to Raise Your Vibration

Practice Gratitude: Start each day by acknowledging what you’re grateful for. Whether it’s the sunrise, a supportive friend, or simply the gift of another day, focusing on gratitude shifts your mindset towards positivity. Wake up and tell the universe what you are grateful for and do it throughout your day when you think of it and again before bed. For example; dear spirit thank you for my comfy warm bed, thank you for my delicious breakfast, thank you for my wonderful friend who helped me today, thank you for the money I had in my wallet to buy those nice clothes today and so on.

The universe and your spirit guides are listening and when you are grateful you bring more of that toward you which in turn, brings more joy and positivity and guess what else? It raises your vibration even more. It becomes a giant snowball rolling down the hill picking up more and more high vibes along the way and before long, it becomes an unstoppable positive habit.

Mindful Breathing: Take moments throughout your day to practice deep breathing exercises. There are many notable techniques you can search. One spiritual breathing technique that I use is what I refer to as “heart breathing”. Visualize your heart and when you take a breath in, see that breath going into your heart deeply. When you release it, imagine you are sending out love and light through all the cells in your body and radiating it outwards to the universe with each breath. This technique and others calms the mind, reduces stress, and allows your energy to flow freely which raises your vibration.

Connect with Nature: Spending time outdoors—whether it’s a walk in the woods, gardening, or stargazing, these activities reconnect you with the Earth’s natural energy, which can significantly elevate your own vibration. Simply standing on grass in bare feet will ground you to the earths natural energy which will assist you in dispelling negative energy and recharging you with positive vibes.

Listen to Uplifting Music: Music has a powerful influence on our emotions and energy levels. Choose music that uplifts and inspires you, enhancing your vibrational state. Conversely, if you listen to lower vibe music it can create a negative angry emotional change within you, thus lowering your vibration. So if it is your goal to raise your vibration, try uplifting joyful over angry screaming.

Practice Acts of Kindness: Engaging in acts of kindness not only brightens someone else’s day but also generates positive energy within yourself. Simple gestures, like helping a neighbor or volunteering, contribute to raising your vibration.

Being Creative: through fine Arts like painting, sketching, dance, or any artistic form of expression like skating to music, theatre, and even cooking and baking. Get outside and play an be playful and child like. Play some boardgames. All these ways of expressing ones self are creating joy and uplifting vibrations and thoughts which raise your vibration.

Meditate Regularly: Meditation is a cornerstone practice for raising your vibration. It calms the mind, increases mindfulness, and allows you to tap into higher states of consciousness. I personally have found that what works the best for me is channeled guided meditations through the Stargate Experience Academy or those from Kryon also.

These meditations are not simply a man or woman speaking calmly and taking you to blue skies or oceans on a relaxing mind trip, rather, they are channeled Divine Aspects coming through the open channeling individual to personally lead the meditation. These meditations are encoded with Divine healing energies and often result in profound changes, sometimes even during the session. and always raise ones vibration.

Dietary Considerations: The foods you consume play a significant role in your vibrational frequency. This is how I personally have fast tracked myself using food to raise my vibration. Consider reducing or eliminating dairy, gluten/wheat, animal protein, alcohol, and refined sugar from your diet. All these substances attack your gut and intestines creating inflammation.

These foods can also weigh down your energy and contribute to feelings of sluggishness. Instead, focus on consuming “live” high vibrational foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose organic, non-GMO whenever possible. These foods are considered to be “live” sources rich in nutrients and contribute to a vibrant, energized state raising your vibration.

Emotional State and Thought Patterns: Your emotional state and thought patterns profoundly impact your vibrational frequency. Negative emotions like fear, anger, or resentment can lower your vibration, while emotions like love, compassion, forgiveness and joy elevate it. Pay attention to how you think, speak, and behave towards yourself and others. Practicing self-love, forgiveness, and positive affirmations/mantras can help shift your vibratory state towards higher frequencies and bring you more Joy.

Explore Consciousness Expansion: Dive deeper into practices that expand your consciousness and elevate your vibration. Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, for example, emphasizes the power of meditation and visualization to transcend limiting beliefs and access higher states of awareness, known as becoming “superconscious.” This is how you can learn to literally “create” what you want to experience in your life.

As a conscious Creator Being, what you say, think feel and how you behave and act, especially when strong emotion is attached to any or all of these, will strongly influence what you will experience in your life next. Remember, positive creates more positive and raises your vibration.

Cultivate Positive Relationships: Surround yourself with supportive, uplifting individuals who encourage personal growth and positivity. Positive relationships can amplify your vibrational energy and create a nurturing environment for personal transformation. Remember, we are emitting energy and when you are in the company of others, you are also bathing in their energy.

If they are vibrating low, this can affect your own energy and lower it so be aware of others energy and seek out the positive ones. The higher you vibrate the stronger you will attract higher vibrating people into your life. It just happens naturally. People will go and new ones vibrating higher will come in.

Omit Media :Refrain from watching, listening or reading all sources of news media. Media coverage is orchestrated and script driven with a fear based agenda behind it. These stories create fear and sadness  and lower your vibration. Similarly, watching Hollywood movies can have a similar affect if they are violent or frightening.  Always try to stay high vibe and positive.

Laughing:Laughing is one of the easiest ways to raise your vibration.  However you do it, do it often daily. Watch or listen to comedy, take a laughter yoga class, tell jokes, joke around, be silly, be a prankster, bring out your inner child and go play in the rain and laugh.

We all get triggered but the important thing is that you catch it either before or after it happens and keep trying to be more aware and control the reactions.
